Another Option for 15N-HSQC: fhsqcf3gpph. Parameters described below are also valid for fhsqc* below.

  • Fast-HSQC, Phase-sensitive ge-2D 1H-15N HSQC using WATERGATE (3-9-19) (fhsqcf3gpph |  FHSQCF3GPPH)
  • HSQCETF3GPSI2, Phase-sensitive ge-2D 1H-15N HSQC
  • Adjust the Match/Tune for the 15N using atmm – you can do this at the beginning, before running your 1D using edasp.
  • Optional 13C; used for decoupling 13C during t1 in doubly-labeled proteins: type eda and on zgoptns type “-DLABEL_CN”.
  • Obs: f stands for fast.

D19 is a small number 62.4 µs (800 MHz). On the pulse sequence, ; so in this case  d = 4006 Hz or 5 ppm. An even better number on this case would be d19= 44 µs – d = 7 ppm (14/2).

If you’re uncertain, 100 µs is a good number.
